Terms & Conditions:
1. I/we hereby request Axis Bank to process Custom Duty payment on behalf of the assessee/ myself, as per details provided.
2. Customer will be responsible for Correctness of Data shared with the Bank. Axis Bank is not responsible for any calculation of custom duty and any dispute relating to same.
3. No Modification/Reversal is allowed once transactions are processed.
4. Cut off time for processing of transaction is 15:30 Hrs. All the transactions received after 15:30 Hrs. will be processed on next working day.(Working Days are as per Maharashtra Holiday Calendar).
5. Axis Bank will not be responsible for any incidental delays caused due to technical issues with online payment services of partner Bank.
6. Incase of any discrepancy identified in transaction details by Bank at the time of payment initiation from ICEGATE portal, Bank will reverse the funds due to mismatch of details.
7. By proceeding ahead, I/We have understood & agree to terms & conditions.
